contingencies, but not the cost of local supervision.

(e) For the actual execution of the work we should select

the staff to be engaged on local supervision, and the

cost thereof would be payable direct by the Government.

(d) For visita of inspection by a partner during construction,

the fee per visit would be £1,250 and otherwise as in

4(c) hereof.
